     My business model is simple. Through consistency and individualization I use my area of expertise to provide personal fitness training, online fitness programs, and fitness nutrition recommendations to allow my clients to get in the best shape of their lives. Step by step, I take my clients through their fitness journeys in order to make their experience as productive and fun as possible.

      Whether in person at RTP Fitness in Durham or through the ever growing online platorm, my goal is to aid my clients any way I can to make reaching their goals as easy as possible.
      I do everything in my power to help my clients see results! I've coached hundreds of people successfully through their fitness journeys over the last 6 years, helping people lose weight, firm, tone, get stronger, or train for sport!

     The process is simple. Follow the design we implement, and you will see the results you want. I use science backed methods to get my clients stronger, with less body fat, and better cardiovascular conditioning. Simply put, I will lay our the path for you, all you have to do is follow it!
