In Person Training​
***In Person Training is the quickest way to get in the best shape of your life. Unfortunately, due to the high demand of Max's services, almost all of his training spots throughout the week are booked through September, with a few exceptions. However, spots do open up from time to time (people travel, move, have to take time off, etc.) so if you are interested, the next available spot goes to the person who is next on the waiting list. Sign up below to start training OR to hold your spot on the waiting list, and when space opens up to train Max will call you in order to offer you the available time slots!
Never been to the gym before? Have you been doing the same exercise routine for years now and find yourself gaining weight? Need someone to hold you accountable? To teach you science backed principles that will get you in the best shape of your life? If so, in person training could be right for you! Starting with your consultation, we will sit down and go over all your fitness goals, your nutrition, your injury/illness history, pretty much everything we need to possibly discuss in order to figure out the correct plan to follow. After that, your first day will be assessment based with a little time left over to sneak in some work. From there, step by step, I will guide you through the ins and outs of every piece of gym equipment, every exercise, every set, every rep, holding you accountable, showing you exactly what to do, cheering you on, pushing you, and doing everything in my power to get you in the best shape of your life. In person training provides people with an incredible experience to gain: knowledge, understanding of the human body, experience in exactly what it takes to get in the best shape of their life, a coach, a mentor, and a friend.
  • 1 hour session: $60
  • 1/2 hour session: $40
  • At home training session: $65/hr including driving time to and from session
